Best Pumpkin Patches

We've scoured the ads, articles, and online forums, and here's our pick for the best places to pick a pumpkin this season.

Tapia Bros. Farm Stand Encino

In the valley, but right at the 405/101, at Hayvenhurst & Burbank.
Pumpkins, farm animals, tractors to climb on, roasted corn.  Also a fresh produce stand with corn,
strawberries, apples, peaches, and more.
No website, here's a yelp link.

Forneris Farms, Mission Hills Valley

Locally grown pumpkins!  Corn maze, antique tractors,
play area for kids includes hay pyramid, fresh roasted corn, and more.

Lombardi Ranch Pumpkin Festival, Saugus

A family owned farm in Santa Clarita Valley...we love that! "... bands, a petting zoo, wagon rides", and more! Scarecrow Contest, too!

Underwood Family Farms,Moorpark

Every day, 9:00am-6:00pm

The much-loved farm destination serves up something new each weekend in October.  Hint: fewer crowds and lower entry price during the week!  But there's something to be said for going to a place that goes ALL OUT.

Faulkner Farms, Santa Paula

Weekends in October

"A Ventura County tradition...orange pumpkins, a giant sunflower forest for the kids, towering hay
pyramids, hay rides with historic information about the area, farm animals,
pony rides, mini train rides, face painting, a country store, delicious food
and great entertainment. Fun for all!"
