Dear Mommy, We're so glad to be back! We had some minor technical issues with our emails this week. (Phew...made it to the weekend!) We'll be back up to speed with our Sunday Update (Monday-Friday fun) and another awesome giveaway Monday for our regular Monday's Mompreneur feature.
You might have noticed...we haven't been on a single adventure this month! The horror! Actually, we've been getting ready for a mini-relaunch of our membership program. We'll be getting back on track with regular outings and a few NEW surprises later this month...stay tuned.
We're so excited that the iconic Original Farmer's Market is celebrating is 75th Birthday this weekend! But, with the high level press coverage this event is getting, it might be wise to wait until the buzz dies down. Our favorite? Beignets at the Gumbo Pot, of course.
It's a relatively quiet weekend as far as "events" go. Need some ideas? Here are our three things at the top of my list to do in the next couple weeks:

Baseball Event at the Reagan Library Friday, July 17, 2:00-6:00pm "The Reagan Library is proud to announce its second annual World Series Youth Baseball Event, to be held on Friday, July 17th. Games for children include knock-em-down, ring toss, archery and baseball pitch. Other activities include a dunk tank, a batting cage, an obstacle course, a climb and slide and musical entertainment. Children can also have their face painted, get baseball tattoos, get balloon animals, and enjoy hands-on activities including decorating pencil baseball pennants, picture frames, coloring and more.
